Det är även väldigt lätt hänt att man upprepar gamla mönster och reagerar på ett sätt som man är van vid, trots att det egentligen är en helt ny situation som innefattar helt andra personer.
Att bryta gamla mönster är lättare sagt än gjort.
Men är man bara medveten om det så har man ett val att reagera och agera på samma sätt eller testa något nytt. Man vet aldrig, man kanske lär sig något nytt!!
