Min kropp har förvisso vant sig nu vid frånvaron av kolhydrater. Tog två veckor och nu kan jag återigen sova på nätterna. Ett nödvändigt ont 🙂 Skall bli intressant och se hur min kropp reagerar nu när jag kommer strypa ytterligare lite. Tur att den magiska drycken kaffe finns! 🙂

12 december på Svenska Mässan i Göteborg Ta med dig ett Heja-Frida-Plakat och kom vetja 😉
Min tanke har egentligen varit att köra Atheltic Fitness. Vill säga en gren där man skall prestera i olika styrkemoment samtidigt som man skall vara s k deffad, ha synliga muskler. Men efter massa slit och massa nötande av chins och dips, insåg jag att både bli starkare och tappa såpass mycket i fettprocent, var lite väl optimistiskt. What to do?
Har man påbörjar något vill man ju även avsluta det! Att bara fokusera på att tappa i fettprocent kändes lite mer realistiskt (men svårt nog kan jag lova!) Därför bestämde jag att köra Body Fitness/ Skönhetstävling med muskler. Jajamensan! På hemmaplan dessutom! Skönt! 🙂
Det är svårt att inte dras med i skönhets-karusell-hysterin. Från att prestera skall jag nu istället bedömas av 10 domare samt en tämligen kritiskt publik som sitter på läktaren och ”minsann har koll på allt!” Varje detalj; hår, naglar, makeup, kroppsfärg,baddräkt, bikini, smycken, skor, granskas och bedöms …och just det ja, muskler, hårhet och symmetri också 😉
Hmm… som sagt, var ju inte detta som var min tanke från första början. Att bli granskad och bedömd utifrån hur jag ser ut. Det enda som spelar någon roll nu är ju hur jag ser ut!!! Gossh :/
Tänk om folk tycker jag är för ”fluffig”, har för lite muskler, för dålig färg,
poserar värdelöst, är ful eller helt enkelt bara är kass… eller om jag snubblar… det hade inte förvånat mig ett dugg… inte mina vänner heller 🙂
Men så släpper jag dom tankarna och fokuserar på det som är väsentligt och då känns det JÄVLIGT BRA! 🙂 Japp, ett ägg på det innan jag kryper till kojs så blir det FANTASTISKT, JÄVLA BRA 🙂
