Men att hänga upp sig på meningslösa siffror på en våg, som inte säger någonting om hur mycket muskler, kontra fett man har på kroppen, är för mig väldigt svårt att förstå!!
Jag vet inte hur många gånger jag har suttit och diskuterat med klienter, som känner att de är i bättre form än någonsin men att de ändå inte känner sig helt nöjda, pga de inte gått ner så mycket som de velat på vågen. Jag önskar verkligen att alla kunde förstå att vågen inte säger ett jota om hur man ser ut! Det är endast några siffor!!
Ändå hänger var och varannan person upp sig på dessa siffror! (Och kan spendera både morgon och kväll och ibland till och med flera gånger per dag stirrandes på vågen för att se om någon förändring har skett! Vilket det inte har, kan jag lova!)
