Fasen vad trött jag är…… sover ca 9timmar natten men känner mig ändå jättetrött!!
Skulle lätt kunna gå och lägga mig nu och sova i några timmar…zzzzz
Hade kund i morse, sen spran jag 6km. Åkte hem och käka och tog sen en långis med hundarna på ca 75min. Inte ens den friska luften hjälpte! Kvickna till lite efter en MEGAkopp kaffe sen när jag kom hem…
Slappar lite nu innan jag skall iväg och köra bröst,triceps och jobba. Kikar runt lite på Yogainstruktörskurser. Skulle nämligen vilja utbilda mig till yogainstruktör och börja köra klasser i det. Yoga har gjort underverk med min stela kropp och överhuvudtaget är det ett väldigt bra komplement till sin träning för att få balans och jag gillar ju att insruera…samt att man alltid får plats om man själv skulle vara instruktör! =)
