Bröst, triceps och 90min förbänning igår = skööön träningsvärk i i triceps idag!!
Idag, axlar och 60min förbränning. =)
Är skönt att det går såpass bra med träningen! Jag ökar i stort sett i varje övning och förbränningsträningen gör att jag känner mig lugn och glad. Hade helst av alllt velat köra 90min förbränning efter varje pass men ibland tryter orken helt och hållet. Då får man vara nöjd med sina 60min=)
Käkade lunch med en gammal, god barndomsvän idag. Lilla Blenda fick följa med och traska i Nordstan och titta på folk. Hon stortrivdes och folk kom fram och berömde sötnosen=) Hursomhels, så var det jättekul att träffa gamla ”snyltarn” och minnas tillbaka och bli lite uppdaterad.
Trots dumma händelser, som återigen har lett till konsekvenser, tråkiga konsekvenser… känner jag ändå att jag har tagit två jättekliv mot mitt slutgiltliga mål!!
